Ingredients: 8 oz whipped cream cheese 3 cups confectioners’ sugar 12 oz pareve chocolate (melted) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract caramelized nuts (as needed) Directions: Combine ingredients by hand and refrigerate until stiff Work with small amount while keeping the rest refrigerated, roll into balls Roll in caremalized nuts Freeze until serving
